RED Studio has no tenants above, below or next door. There's no manager to cut the music at 10:00 PM. There are no noise penalties. The event ends when you want it to, not when the building allows.

Yes. Separate access for deliveries and the catering van, a kitchen with a dedicated fridge, a dining area. The caterer comes in and operates without blocking the guest area.
